We welcome all ages and experience levels including lyricists, musician’s and singer-songwriters alike. Parents welcome to observe for children under 18 at no extra cost. 

Non-songwriting friends are also invited to observe the process as it’s happening.

How It Works :

Each month, songwriters are invited to share a piece they’re currently working on in a supportive circle of peers.

Participants are encouraged to write twelve new songs over twelve months, using the group for accountability, encouragement, and creative momentum.

Support is available for editing, song doctoring, and creative ideas to help strengthen each piece.

Month-to-Month

Each songwriter decides what kind of support they’d like from the group during their share — whether that’s accountability, feedback, editing, song doctoring, or collaboration.

• Songwriters are given four minutes to share their piece. This can be performed live or played as a recording.
• Each month you’ll receive a lyrical and musical writing prompt to inspire the next song. Writing to the prompt is optional — you’re always welcome to bring whatever you’re working on.
• Towards the end of the session, there will be invitations for collaboration, helping members connect with potential co-writers during the month.
• New resources, tips, and creative tools will be shared each month in the Facebook community.
• New training videos will also be added regularly to support your songwriting growth.
